For adults, place one or more teaspoons in a warm bath to relax, soothe tired muscles and increase your body’s magnesium supply.  For children, place one teaspoon in the bath to help relax before bed.  Magnesium is said to be absorbed extremely well through the skin, so used regularly should help your body cope with physical and emotional stress.


Additional Information

Begin with 1 teaspoon in your bath as the magnesium can occasionally give the skin an uncomfortable feeling if you are not used to it.  Some say it can be a sign your magnesium is low.
